1. The Atlantic West is still a two-team division between Buffalo and Green Bay.
Cowboy - Fact. Trusion & I are the class of the divion, and no disrespect to Ethan but I just don't see him competing for the #1 spot in the division. He'll probably have to battle with whomever is 2nd in the division for a wildcard spot.
Dnyce - Fiction. I think Ethan will be a part of this division race, after all he does play the 2 teams ahead of him before its all said and done. Ethan has the strongest roster and you can never look past a former mpl champ. I think it will come down to the last 2 weeks of the season to see which of these 3 teams will look to secure a division win.
Wolf - Fact. And with Green Bay's schedual(Games against Titans, Dolphins, Bucs, Eagles and Bills) it may be a 1 team race for the division. Ethan needs to win out to have any shot at the division and with games against the Vikings, Packers and Bill's left I just dont see him having much of a shot.
2. The current MPL standings have the Saints, Vikings, Chiefs, Bills, 49ers, Patriots,Dolphins and Titans respectively leading their divisions...by the conclusion of the season half of these teams will no longer be in 1st place.
Cowboy - Fiction. The Pats, 49ers, Vikings, Saints & Chiefs all winn their divisions without question imo. To me those 5 are the class of their division and walk away with it.
Dnyce - Fact. There is only 2 divisions where there is currently more than a 1 game lead for a respective first place team. I think as the season progresses and coaches begin to find their mojo, anything can happen.
Wolf - Fiction. Saints, Vikings and Titans all but have their divisions on lock..Bills are the favorite to keep theirs based on an easier schedual than the Packers. Thats half already. The rests are all tough to call but if just one of the teams is able to hold on to win then more than half of the divisions will look exactly the same at top.
3. With the abilty to hit 60+ yard field goals and pin your opponenet inside their own 10, or Run back a kick or Punt return to give yourself great field position...Special Teams are equally as important as Offense or Defense.
Cowboy - Fact. I'm one of those people who average 10 yards on punt returns, and start each posession at around the 30 on kickoffs, so the 3rd team is now as important as the offense & defense.
Dnyce - Fact. In this game all you need to do is get inside the 50 and you have a shot a hitting a field goal. Dominate kick returners like Desean Jackson and Ted Ginn Jr. can flip field position in a heartbeat. I feel special teams is 1/3 of the game and equally as important as your offense and defense.
Wolf - Fiction. Special teams is important but it won't make up a large enough percentage of the plays to have the impact a high scoring offense or a shut down defense will. Give me an offense that can put up 30 and a def that forces turnovers and i'm fine without a game changing special teams.
4. Raider88dc has a fairly easy schedule remaining, he will go undefeated for the second straight regular season.
Cowboy - Fact. I told him earlier, if he loses a game in the rest of the regular season he needs to retire...
Dnyce - Fiction. Hes gonna go 11-1 with his only loss coming to neverdieV2 and his colts. The Saints have had trouble scoring this year and have won with defense. The Colts will score their points and edge out coach Raider88 for his only blemish of the year
Wolf - Fact:No disrespect to the other owners he plays but he really only has one game the rest of the way that he could lose, against the Colts. He won a close one earlier in the year but I think he'll only get better as the year goes thanks to learning his team and finishes 12-0 yet again.
